Hello!
My name is Angela, and I'm a certified Mindfulness facilitator and coach. I've been practicing mindfulness and meditation informally since 2011. During the difficult times of COVID lockdowns, I decided to study it formally. Mindfulness and MBSR have opened up my life to new possibilities as a woman, daughter, wife, mother, business owner and entrepreneur.
What I love most about mindfulness, is that it creates space. It creates space to be present in the here and now, be more self aware and make decisions that are in line with what our bodies and minds are telling us. If we are more mindful, we are able to use all our sensations as data to help us daily.
Aside from being a mindfulness teacher, I have my own business called Vitiello Consulting, which has mindful leadership at the methodology of our coaching, trainings and consulting. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in different cultures, lifelong learning, African dance, meditation, reading and spending time with my husband and two children.
